浮选柱在铜钼混合精矿铜钼分离中的试验研究

摘    要:黑龙江多宝山铜矿选矿厂生产的铜钼混合精矿中含铜18.95%、含钼0.42%,为实现铜钼混合精矿中铜钼高效分离,利用浮选柱进行了铜钼分离试验研究。结果表明,采用铜钼混合精矿磨矿后一次粗选、一次扫选、钼粗精矿再磨后四次精选的铜钼分离流程,用浮选柱浮选可获得含钼45.68%、钼回收率82.66%的钼精矿和含铜18.47%、铜回收率99.92%的铜精矿。相比浮选机浮选,浮选柱浮选有效提高了钼精矿质量及钼回收率,增加了工艺流程的稳定性,同时还缩短了钼精选次数,减少了选矿药剂用量及选矿能耗。

Abstract:The copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate produced by the Heilongjiang Duobaoshan Copper Ore Dressing Plant contains 18.95% copper and 0.42% molybdenum. In order to achieve high-efficiency separation of copper and molybdenum in copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate, copper-molybdenum separation test by flotation column was conducted. The results show that the copper-molybdenum separation process with copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate after grinding, one rough, one sweep and four concentration after re-grinding of molybdenum coarse concentrate. A molybdenum concentrate containing 45.68% molybdenum, molybdenum recovery rate of 82.66% and a copper concentrate containing 18.47% copper, copper recovery rate of 99.92% can be obtained in flotation column. Compared with flotation machine, column flotation effectively improves the quality of molybdenum concentrate and molybdenum recovery, increases the stability of the process, and shortens the number of molybdenum concentration, reduces the amount of mineral processing agent and energy. consumption.
