新疆某选厂选矿废水处理及回用试验研究

摘    要:研究了新疆某选厂选矿废水的处理方法,并对处理后的废水进行了选矿验证试验。确定采用"化学氧化还原法+中和沉淀法+活性炭吸附法"联合处理选矿废水。结果表明,当初始废水pH值在2左右,FeSO4·7H2O投加量为理论值,石灰乳调节溶液pH值于7~8,活性炭的投加量为0.3g/L时,废水中重金属以及COD的去除率最高。处理后的选矿废水中Cr、Cu、Pb以及COD的含量均低于国家污水排放标准,选矿验证试验结果表明,处理后的废水可循环利用。

Abstract:This article makes a study of method to treat waste water from a plant of xinjiang and makes a test to reuse treated waste water for ore dressing And using chemical oxidation reduction neutralization precipitation method of activated carbon adsorption treatment of mineral processing wastewater. The results show that when the initial pH value of wastewater is about 2, FeSO4.7H2O dosage of theoretical value. The lime milk pH value was adjusted from 7 to 8, the activated carbon dosage is 0.3g/1000ml, wastewater of heavy metals and the highest removal rate of CODcr. The treated water in Cr, Cu, Pb and CODcr levels are lower than the Chinese standards of wastewater discharge, indicated that ore test can be recycled wastewater after the treatment.
