摘 要: | 采用浮选—还原焙烧—磁选工艺对某铜冶炼渣回收铜、铁进行研究。试验结果表明,采用硫化浮选法回收铜渣中的铜,可得到铜品位31.29%、铜回收率87.81%的铜精矿;选铜后的尾矿再通过还原焙烧—磁选工艺回收铁,可得到铁品位92.6%、铁回收率91.33%的还原铁粉。

Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Copper and Iron from a Copper Smelting Slag |

Abstract: | The "flotation-reduction roasting-magnetic separation" beneficiation-metallurgical process is used to study the recovery of copper and iron from a copper smelting slag. The test results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 31.29% and copper recovery of 87.81% can be first obtained by sulfuration-flotation method from the copper smelting slag. After the copper is selected, a reduced iron powder with iron grade of 92.6% and iron recovery of 91.33% can be obtained by a reduction roasting-magnetic separation process from the copper tailings. |
