摘    要:近来,一种混合吸收剂乙醇胺-甲醇吸收剂相比于MEA吸收剂有较好的CO2捕集性能。然而,甲醇的挥发是对其应用的最大的阻碍,所以在吸收和再生过程中减少甲醇的挥发是很有必要的。在本研究中,研究了两种混合吸收剂(乙醇胺/三乙醇胺/甲醇和乙醇胺/丙三醇/甲醇),并且和MEA水溶液吸收剂和MEA-甲醇吸收剂进行了比较。乙醇胺/丙三醇/甲醇的吸收性能在一定的反应时间内好于乙醇胺水溶液吸收剂的吸收性能,而乙醇胺/三乙醇胺/甲醇吸收剂的吸收性能很差,不适于作为CO2的吸收剂。吸收剂中加入三乙醇胺,减少乙醇胺,其对CO2的吸收速率,捕集效率和吸收量均降低。在吸收剂中加入丙三醇,则会降低其对CO2的循环吸收量,增加再生温度,同时吸收剂的密度和粘度也会显著地增加。所以在乙醇胺-甲醇吸收剂中添加三乙醇胺或丙三醇,并不能提高其对CO2的捕集性能。

Abstract:Recently, a kind of hybrid solvent MEA-Methanol shows a better CO2 capture performance over aqueous MEA solvent. However, the vaporization of methanol is the biggest disadvantage that hinders it’s application, so it is necessary to minimize the vaporization in both the absorption and regeneration process. In this work, two kinds of hybrid solvents were studied compared with aqueous MEA solvent and MEA-Methanol solvent, including MEA/TEA/Methanol solvent and MEA/Glycerol/Methanol solvent. The absorption property of MEA/Glycerol/Methanol solvent is better than MEA solvent in a certain amount of time and the absorption property of MEA/TEA/Methanol solvent is too poor to be used in CO2 capture. By increasing the concentration of TEA and decreasing the concentration of MEA, the absorption rate, capture efficiency and absorption capacity all decreased. And by adding glycerol, cyclic capacity decreased and generation temperature increased, moreover, density and viscosity increased considerably. So by adding TEA and glycerol, the CO2 capture performance of MEA-Methanol solvent can not be improved.
