摘    要:以明胶为载体,液体石蜡为油相,Span80为乳化剂,戊二醛为交联剂,采用乳化交联法制备芦丁明胶微球,通过单因素实验和正交设计实验筛选出最佳工艺条件,并对工艺重现性进行了考察。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X衍射图谱等手段对产物进行了表征,计算出明胶微球的载药量和包封率。结果表明:芦丁用量及交联剂用量是影响微球性能的主要因素;微球形态圆整、表面光滑、大小均匀,其粒径为5~20μm,载药量为3.55%,包封率为94.5%。
