白首乌多糖抗CCl4小鼠肝损伤作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究耳叶牛皮消多糖对四氯化碳诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:80只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组,大、中、小剂量给药组。大、中、小剂量给药组分别按500、250、100mg/kg灌胃耳叶牛皮消多糖,阳性对照组80mg/kg灌胃护肝片溶液,正常对照组和模型对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃,共7d。第7天,模型对照组、阳性对照组和给药组按10mL/kg腹腔注射1%CCl4豆油溶液,正常对照组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。24h后比较各组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量。结果:耳叶牛皮消多糖能显著降低各组ALT和AST含量的升高(P<0.05)。结论:耳叶牛皮消多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
