响应面法优化超声波提取北沙参多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:采用响应面法(Response Surface Methology)优化超声波提取北沙参多糖的工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选取水料比、超声波功率、提取时间为影响因子,应用Box-Behnken中心组合进行3因素3水平的试验设计,以北沙参多糖的提取率作为响应值,进行响应面分析。通过分析得到的超声波提取北沙参多糖的最佳条件为:水料比为19:1,超声波功率为460W,提取时间为23min,在这个条件下,北沙参多糖的提取率为60.15%,与传统的热水浸提法相比,提取率提高了60%。
