槟榔口香糖的研制

摘    要:为了研发咀嚼槟榔片的替代品,应用正交实验的方法,以槟榔提取液为原料,添加淀粉糖浆、食用香精等物质制成槟榔口香糖。实验结果表明,胶基量占35%,槟榔提取液量占5%,淀粉糖浆量占40%,香精量占0.3%,所制得的槟榔口香糖适口性最好。

Abstract:One kind of chewing gum is developed as a substitute for edible areca.This gum takes the areca nut extract as raw material,and adds starch syrup,food flavour and so on.The formulation was based on orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the product with the following composition 25% chewing gum base,0.4% substitute for edible areca,40% starch syrup,0.3% food flavour had a good taste and mouth-feel.
