紫心甘薯多糖抗疲劳活性及其机制研究

摘    要:研究紫心甘薯多糖(Polysaccharide from purple sweet potato,PPSP)的抗疲劳活性及其机制,为紫心甘薯产品的开发提供实验依据。将小鼠分为PPSP组,普通甘薯多糖(Polysaccharide from general sweet potato,PGSP)组和生理盐水组,分别用低、中、高3种剂量的PPSP、PGSP和生理盐水灌胃。灌胃3h后,进行20min负重游泳运动,30d后,测定肝糖原、肌糖原储量,血清尿素氮浓度,血清肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶活力,肝脏丙二醛(Malondialdehyde MDA)含量和氧化歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase SOD)活力。实验结果表明:PPSP能显著提高运动后肝糖原、肌糖原储量,降低血清尿素氮和肝脏MDA生成量,并使血清酶活性呈现抗疲劳的良性趋势;相比之下,PGSP在肝糖原、肌糖原、血清尿素氮上也有类似作用,但在肝脏MDA生成量和SOD活力上未见明显效果。结论:紫心甘薯多糖具有一定的抗疲劳效果,且抗疲劳活性明显优于普通甘薯多糖。
