食品新鲜度指示卡的研究进展

摘    要:食品的新鲜度会影响消费者的饮食安全,用指示卡来判断食品的新鲜度具有客观性、科学性,因此,食品新鲜度指示卡的研究和应用具有非常重要的价值。详细阐述了用于标示食品新鲜度的主要化合物、食品新鲜度指示卡的类型及发展趋势。

Abstract:Food freshness can affect safe diet of consumer,it has objectivity and scientificity to judge food freshness with indicator card,so it has very important significance to research food freshness indicator card.The paper represented marking compound of food freshness,types and development tendency of food freshness indicator card in detail.
