火焰原子吸收法测定六堡茶中的矿物元素

摘    要:用硝酸和高氯酸湿法消解样品后,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定六堡茶中矿物元素的含量。结果显示,六堡茶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量分别为0.330、0.387、0.527、0.975、0.035、0.033mg/g,方法的加标回收率为95.6%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为0.28%~2.35%。该法简便、快速,测定结果的精密度和准确度令人满意。

Abstract:After Liu bao tea was digested by wet digestion with HNO3+HCIO4, the content of 6 kinds of mineral elements including Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The result show that the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in Liubao tea were 0.330, 0.387, 0.527, 0.975, 0.035 and 0.033 mg/g respectively. The relative standard deviation was from 0.28% to 2.35% and the recovery was from 95.6% to 102.4%. The method was simple and rapid with good precision and accuracy.
