| 摘 要： | 对香椿老叶粗提物的抗氧化活性进行了研究。将香椿老叶粗提物制备成相当于生药含量0.576、0.72、0.96、1.44 mg/mL和2.88 mg/mL的样液,测定样品的总还原力、FRAP(三价铁还原抗氧化能力测试)法抗氧化能力和DPPH(1,1-二苯基苦基苯阱)自由基清除能力。香椿老叶总黄酮和总多酚含量分别为4.78%和5.06%。该浓度样液的总还原力、FRAP法抗氧化能力均比浓度为25、50、100、150μg/mL和200μg/mL的阳性对照BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚)高,DPPH(1,1-二苯基苦基苯阱)自由基清除能力与阳性对照Vc相当。实验结果表明,香椿老叶具有很强的抗氧化能力,值得深入研究和开发。
