植物提取液对双孢菇致腐菌的抑制研究

摘    要:以新鲜双孢菇为实材,经表面消毒、培养致腐后进行细菌分离纯化,再将得到的细菌对新鲜双孢菇根部切面和菇体顶部进行返接,得到双孢菇致腐菌2株,最后用10种植物提取液对致腐菌做抑菌实验,最终选出丁香、甘草和香茅对2株致腐菌有较好的抑制效果。

Abstract:After sterilized the surface,the fresh agaricus bisporus were cultivated to putrescence. And rot-causing bacteria which were separated and purified were inoculated the root section and fruiting bodies top of the fresh agaricus bisporus to get two putrefactive agaricus bisporus. Finally the results of antibacterial tests found clove,licorice and lemon grass could bring better suppression on the rot-causing bacteria in 10 plant extracts.
