This article discusses how the status monitor and trouble diagnosis for in-line expander (hereinafter referred to as ECMS-Expander controlling and monitoring system)is used to monitor the operating status about the axial compressor and takes some examples to analyze the package trouble reasons.The conclusion is drawn that not only the vibration is observed to exceed the standard,but also the change is observed,especially the phase change.
