| 摘 要： | 采用中空纤维超滤技术处理涤纶厂短丝油剂废水的生产装置经过10个月的运行表明:装置运行正常,性能稳定,初试超滤膜的截留率为83—84%,最终成品时截留率91—92%,通量11—15 L/(m~2·h),No.2组件通量是14—19L/(m~2·h)。废水经超滤处理后浓缩的油剂可回用于再纺纤维上油,成品纤维的性能良好。采用该技术处理废水有明显的经济效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | The production apparatus which uses the technical line of hollow fiber ultrafiltration to treat staple finishing oil wastewater of polyester plant was proved running well and stably by the test of ten monthes running period. It gave the finished staple of good quality that the ultrafiltration concentrated finishing oil reused to finish respinning staple. And, the finishing wastewater was used as resources. It attained better economic result and environment benefit. |
