| Abstract: | This paper discusses the modern management methods for surveying and mapping management of the whole process of the implementation of the project,to enhance the market competition of the surveying and mapping units,and the overall diathesis of the personnel,finally,the paper gets conclusion about using information-based management style to enhance management level.The conclusion could have the direction sense for actual work. |
