Fluctuant range of quantity, temperature and water content of flue gas in vertical mill is great, and the temperature of the dew point is high, the dust particle is fine and the alkali content is high. therefore high-efficience electrical deduster and bag deduster should be choosed to reach the emmission concentration required by the new standard of GB4915-2004, and the bag deduster has more superiority and applications. Separation effieciency of the GMC high-temperature pulse-spray bag deduster developed by Hefei Research and Design is high and the emmission concentration of flue gas is under 50 mg/m3, moreover, harmful gases like SO2?NOX and CO is removed.Therefore, the bag deduster is the efficient equipment for separating vertical flue gas.
