304不锈钢阴极板表面改性技术及应用

摘    要:利用阳极极化对304不锈钢阴极板进行表面改性处理, 结果表明, 改性处理后304不锈钢阴极板的耐腐蚀性能大幅度提高; 而其本身的物理性能如光泽、导电性、导热性基本保持不变。将该技术应用于电解锰阴极板处理, 可以省掉抛光工序, 延长阴极板的使用寿命, 降低污染, 节约成本。

Abstract:The surface of 304 stainless steel cathode plate was modified by anodic polarization method. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the modified plate was greatly improved while the physical properties such as gloss, electro-conductibility and thermal-conductibility remained unchanged. If the technique is applied in treatment of electrolytic manganese cathode plate, the procedure of polishing can be omitted, which brings advantages such as prolonged service life of cathode plate, less pollution and low cost.
