| 摘 要： | 介绍了PROFIBUS—DP现场总线的技术特点，以及该技术在沙市钢管厂直缝埋弧焊管生产线钢板铣边机控制系统中的应用。该套基于PROFIBUS—DP现场总线的控制系统安全可靠，故障率低，并且其精度满足生产工艺要求，生产效率高，具有较高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | It presents technical characteristic of site bus on PROFIBUS-DP and technology of PROFIBUS-DP applied on the control system of milling unit on Longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe production at Shashi Pipe Mill.The site bus is based on the control system of site bus on PROFIBUS-DP with on the safe side and low trouble rate and its accuracy meet requirement of production process with high production efficiency and better utility worth. |
