摘    要:文中设计了一种利用螺旋运动实现快速定位锁紧的一体化装置,适用于中大型雷达反射面天线的分块结构设计,特别是复合材料雷达天线分块结构设计。该快速定位锁紧一体化装置利用中段带有螺纹的定位锥销与定位锥套的精确配合以及其与旋转螺母间的相互锁紧,实现结构的一体化设计;采用两段不同导程的螺纹设计,由螺母的旋转运动带动定位锥销相对于定位锥套的轴向运动,实现该装置的快速作业。这种一体化设计技术还使得该装置相比同类机构具有体积小、重量轻、易操作等优点。

Abstract:An integrated device for fast positioning and locking using spiral movement is designed in this paper. This is suitable for the block structure design of medium and large radar reflector antenna, especially for the block structure design of composite material radar antenna. The fast positioning and locking device realizes the structure integration design by the precise matching of the positioning taper pin with middle-segment screw thread and the positioning taper sleeve, and the inter locking of the positioning taper pin and the rotation nut; the design of two screw threads with different thread lead are adopted, the rotation of the nut drives the axial movement of the positioning taper pin relative to the positioning taper sleeve to realize fast operation of the device. This integration design technique also gives the device the advantages of small volume, light weight, easy operation and so on comparing to similar mechanisms.
