摘    要:为了现场安装方便,格构式结构设计中的螺孔直径大于螺杆直径,在相同载荷作用下,传统的结构分析计算得到的结构变形量小于试验测量值,另一方面,在相同沉降下,计算得到的杆件轴力大于试验测量值,甚至出现计算结果显示已经破坏的结构,现实中仍在正常运行着。产生这些偏差的主要原因是螺栓滑移。基于ANSYS 开发的滑移梁模型将实验测量得到的螺栓连接位移-载荷关系曲线引入到螺栓连接的分析模型中。利用该模型模拟了基础非均匀沉降格构式结构的受力变形特性,并与传统分析结果及试验测量结果进行对比。结果显示:考虑螺栓滑移影响的模型,模拟结果与实验测量结果非常吻合。为今后格构式结构的设计和研究提供有益参考。

Abstract:The bolt hole are oversized in lattice structure in order to provide an erection tolerence. The calculated deformations are smaller than the experimental ones under the same load. In some instances for structure still functioning well with large non-uniform settlement, failure is predicted by structure analysis software. The main reasons for the discrepancy between the experimental results and the analytical solutions is bolt slippage. In this paper, the slipping beam model is developed based on the ANSYS, to which the deformation-load relationship of bolted joint get by experiment is applied to analyze the behaviour of the lattice structure with non-uniform settlement. The calculated results are compared with those obtained from the traditional rigid-bolt treatment and experimental measurement. Simulation and test results show that the model with bolt slippage agree well with the experimental measurement. This would provide good reference for further engineering applications.
