国产贴片机研发现状与分析

我国在焊膏印刷机、回流焊设备、波峰焊设备、AOI检测设备等表面组装技术（ Surface Mount Technology， SMT）设备的研发方面已经有了长足的进步，但在SMT生产线的关键设备———中、高档贴片机的研发方面始终未能有大的突破。文中在简述贴片机技术发展、国内应用和研发现状的基础上，分析了国产贴片机研发中存在的问题，提出了加快国产贴片机研发步伐的建议。

Development Status and Analysis of Domestic SMT Mounter

Significant progress has been made in the development of SMT ( surface mount technology ) equip-ment in our country , such as solder paste printers , reflow soldering equipment , wave soldering equipment , AOI test equipment etc .However , development of the mid-range and the high-grade SMT mounters , the key equipment in SMT production line , has little breakthrough up to now .In this paper the technology develop-ment,the domestic application and development status of SMT mounter are briefly described .The main diffi-cult problems of domestic mounter development are pointed out .And some recommendations for mounter de-velopment are made to speed up the development of the domestic SMT mounter .
