机载设备检测和校准需求分析研究

摘    要:检测和校准是实现机载设备性能参数的量值准确一致、保证产品质量、提升保障效率的基础,科学合理的需求分析则是高效开展检测和校准工作的前提。现阶段由于缺乏相应的需求分析标准和指导规范,工程中存在着检测需求不齐全、参数定义不清晰、指标要求不合理等问题。本文论述了机载设备检测和校准需求分析的内涵与现状,提出了一种合理的需求分析方法、工作流程以及实施建议,可直接应用于工程实践。

Research on Test and Calibration Requirement Analysis of Airborne Equipment
Abstract:Test and calibration is the basis for achieving accurate and consistent measurements of performance parameters of airborne equipment, ensuring product quality and improving the efficiency of equipment support. Scientific and reasonable requirement analysis is the prerequisite for efficient test and calibration. Due to the lack of standards and guidebooks, there are many problems in the practice, such as incomplete requirement, unclear parameter definition and unreasonable index requirements, etc. This paper discusses the connotation and present situation of test and calibration requirement analysis, puts forward a reasonable method, work flow and some suggestions, which can be directly applied to engineering practice.
