摘 要: | 介绍了一种多工位自动搬运实验系统的实施方案,并在此基础上运用计算机及网络实现虚拟现实的监控。搬运系统由双PLC、步进电机、位置(力)传感器、人机接口、控制电路及气动装置构成。虚拟系统采用3DMax建模,并运用VC与OpenGL联合编写现场仿真,虚拟系统运行于工业计算机端。计算机与PLC采用以太网相连,对现场系统实施远程控制。

Abstract: | The paper introduces an implementation case of the multiple-position automatic portage experiment system model, and on this base, applying the computer and network to realize the simulation of the virtual-reality scene and control. The system of portage consists of double PLC, stepper motor, position sensor, human-computer interface, control circuit and POE. The virtual-reality system employs 3 D Max modeling, joints with VC and OpenGL procedure to achieve on-site simulation, the virtual system runs on the computer terminal. The computer connects to PLC through Ethernet, it can implement the remote closed-loop control to the field system. |
