摘    要:分析了配电网单相接地系统的故障特征,提出了“残流法”,一种新的选线方法,可将单相接地故障准确地检测出来。通过电力系统动态模拟试验的方法加以论证,说明采用单相接地故障零序电流“残流”的幅值特征量是单相接地微机保护选线的有效判据。为配电网单相接地系统实现准确检测出故障线路提供了又一个重要依据。

Abstract:This article analyzes the specialties of faults on system with distribution networh's single phase grounding neutral,and presents the "Residual current Method",a new principle applied to detecf the line with single-phase grounding fault.Experiments show that the Specialized amplitude of zero sequence"residual"current caused by single phase grounding fault can be taken for effective determination on the micro computer.The presented method provides a very good basis for detection of faulted line on the power system with distribution networh's single phase grounding neutral.
