汽油机活塞敲缸响的力学分析

摘    要:从分析活塞的受力状态出发,运用流体动力润滑雷诺方程,求解出作用在活塞裙部的油膜力和力矩。并结合活塞裙部的侧向运动方程,编制了模拟活塞二阶运动的计算程序。运用此程序对CA1091型车用汽油机不同结构参数、不同工况下的活塞裙部上,一端的横向运动轨迹进行了数值求解,得出同了不同间隙条件下活塞对缸壁的最大冲击时刻,最大冲击部位等,分析结果可用于发动机活塞组的结构设计与故障诊断,并能对许多实际故障现象进行合理的理论解释。

Abstract:Based on the loading condition analysis applying the Reynolds equation of hydrodynamic lubrication and incorporating the equations for piston skirt motion,force acting on piston skirt from hydrodynamic fluid and moment around piston pin were obtained and a computer program for simulating the piston secondary movement was developed.With its different construction parameters and different working conditions,the program was used to compute the lateral motion of the upper and lower ends of piston skirt of CA1091 Automobile Engine.From the calculated results,the maximal impulsive phase and the maximal impulsive region were obtained.The result can be used for designing of piston,diagnosis of engine trouble,and explanation of many practical trouble phenomea in theory.
