摘    要:作为一种新型的自动控制技术,PAC是目前工业自动化领域研究的热点之一。首先简要介绍PAC技术的功能特征,进而论述PAC的实现技术一RIO技术。针对传统流体控制测试系统参数繁多、系统庞杂的现状,提出一种基于PAC的流体控制系统设计方案。以NI公司的cRIO-9104嵌入式实时控制器为核心,结合多功能数据采集模块及信号调理模块,利用串口通信实现主机对变频器的多种控制,开发出模拟不同流动情况的测试系统。模拟结果表明该系统测试方便、精度较高、可扩展性好。

Abstract:As a kind of new developed technology for auto-control system, the PAC technology is currently a hot study issue in the modern industry automation field. First of all, the paper briefly introduces the major function features of PAC. Subsequently, discuss the realization technology of PAC-Reconfigurable I/O technology. Aiming at many parameters and complicated system of traditional liquid controlled testing system, a liquid control system of based on PAC technology is put forward. The hardware system adopts an embed cRIO-9012 realtime processing controller of NI company, which combined multi-function data-collecting module and signal modulate module. By using series communication, complicated control of the host computer to transducers can be realized. The testing system is developed that can simulate multiform liquid situations. Simulated results show that the system has convenient testing, high precision and good expansibility. Finally states its future for its development and application.
