摘    要:以铅粒为起始原料,聚乙二醇为保护剂和抗氧化剂,采用液相分散法成功地制备出了铅纳米晶.并采用投射电子显微镜和X-射线粉末衍射仪对其形貌和结构进行了研究。试验结果表明:液相分散法制取的铅纳米晶粉是近球形的小颗粒。同时具有与原料铅完全相同的晶体结构。另外.在四球试验机上察了铅纳米晶的摩擦学性能。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline Pb powders were prepared, starting from Pb granules, by solution dispersion method in paraffin oil, using polyglycol as a protecting agent and oxidation inhibitor. Nanocrystalline Pb powders were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and EXSTAR6000 thermal system. The results showed that nanocrystalline Pb powders were close to spherical particle and had the same structure as bulk Pb. In addition, the tribological properties of nanocrystalline Pb powders were tested with a four-ball machine.
