摘    要:螺旋后桨形状复杂,传统制造工艺已不能满足当前生产要求。针对螺旋后桨的半固态模锻成形过程.建立了有限元模型,预测了螺旋后桨成形件的危险面,分析了不同冲头速度对温度和载荷的影响,对成形工艺参数的优化选择具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The rear screw propeller profile is very complex. The traditional production technology hasn't meet the current demands. In this paper, the author establishes the numerical simulation model for semi-solid forging of the rear screw propeller. Based on the simulation, the possible flaws of the forming process are forecasted and the effects on temperature and load under various punch velocity have been analyzed. It has guidance for optimizing the forming process parameters.
