摘    要:在天然气的输送过程中,当天然气的水露点或烃露点高于管线埋设处的最低地温时就会有凝液析出。凝析液的存在不仅会增加通球扫线的次数,而且还会影响到管输效率。在有凝析液存在的气液混输管路中,凝液量、管径、流量、管线倾角等都会对压降产生影响。为此,利用HYSYS的流程模拟功能建立模型,分析了凝液量、含水率、管径、管线倾角、流量等因素对压降的影响;并以中原油田文柳线630管线为例进行了计算与分析,对比了凝析液存在与否对压降的影响,并计算得到了管线内的积液量。利用该方法可对管线的清管作业提供指导,并根据管线的运行情况给出合理的清管周期。

Abstract:During the transmission of natural gas, condensate will indicate when water dew point or hydrocarbon dew point higher than the geothermal temperature at the place where pipeline is buried. The condensate can not only bring about additional pipeline purging and pigging operation, but also affect pipeline transmission efficiency. In the gas liquid mixed-pipeline with condensate, the amount of condensate, pipeline diameter, dip angle and flow rate, etc., will have impact on pressure drop. Thus, models are set up by using the flow simulation functions of HYSYS, to analyze how determinants like condensate amount, water cut, pipeline diameter, dip angle, flow rate, etc., affect pressure drop. Meanwhile, Wenliu 630 pipeline of Zhongyuan oilfield is set as an example to conduct calculation and analysis, aiming at studying how condensate affect pressure drop and acquiring the amount of condensate. This method can provide directions and scientific pigging period to pipeline industry.
