基于城镇化绩效的资源型城市转型战略

在评述国内外资源型城市发展研究成果的基础上,指出了资源型城市城镇化绩效研究的意义.从资源型城市的城镇化特征出发,论述了城镇化绩效的形成机制.基于资源型城市的生命周期模型,指出资源型城市的城镇化过程也是城市转型的过程,涵盖资源、产业和空间三个方面,包括资源开发从单一开发向协调开发转变、产业结构从二元结构向多元结构转变、空间结构从离散型向集聚型转变.以河北省迁西县为例,对资源型城市转型的内容进行了论证.
