摘    要:自蔓延高温合成(self-Propagation High-Temperature Synthesis,简称SHS)是材料合成新技术,具有工艺简便、能耗低、无污染、效率高等特点,应用该技术制造的陶瓷内衬复合钢管具有耐磨、耐蚀、隔热等优点。介绍了离心法和重力分离法两种SHS复合管制造方法。从提高陶瓷层致密度、韧性和表面质量及降低裂纹率等方面,综述了提高SHS复合管内衬陶瓷层性能的措施。

Abstract:Self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) is a new kind of material synthesizing technology, having the features of low energy consumption, small pollution, simple process and high efficiency. The inner ceramic lined composite pipe produced by the means of SHS was of good resistance to wear, corrosion and heat. The centrifugal process and the gravitational separation process for manufacturing the ceramic lined composite pipe were introduced. The measures to improve the performance of the ceramic layer of SHS composite pipe were described from the aspects of the compactness, toughness, surface quality and reducing the crackle rate in the ceramic layer.
