| 摘 要： | 试图从中国白酒发展的哲学层面,探讨中国白酒的发展内涵、外延;以及中国白酒的美和艺术品味,人文情怀。道法自然,天人合一,是中国白酒的科学精髓,从关系物性和事实科学的角度研究中国白酒,可能是今后很长时间内我国白酒界的科技研究和科技创新的主线。非线性的东方文化是中国白酒的发展应该积极把握的艺术本质,只有赞天地之化育,才能"生生不息"。传统科学化和科学传统化都应该把握这个哲学内核。
