摘    要:当今世界经济全球化的趋势日益加强,国与国之间的交往与联系日益密切。随着中国改革开放的不断深入和成功加入WTO,我国的国际贸易和对外交往日益频繁,已经成为世界经贸技术合作和投资的热点。各种类型的跨文化谈判日益频繁。不同的国家,不同的民族,其所处地理环境不同,历史背景不同,宗教信仰不同,形成了各具特色的生活方式、民族传统和风俗习惯。文化差异不仅会影响到谈判双方对各种言行举止的运用和解释,而且会影响谈判者的思考方式和各自的价值观念,并且会下意识地把这些概念带到谈判桌面上来,致使谈判复杂化。影响文化差异的因素有许多方面,有思维、意识、时间行为等,因此正确认识中西方文化差异就显得越来越重要了。本文试图从中西方国家在语言、价值观念、时间观念等方面的差异来探讨其对国际商务谈判的影响,旨在超越文化的局限,取得同外方谈判的成功。

Abstract:Trends in the globalization of the world economy today is increasing.The communication and links between countries are getting closer.With the deepening of China's reform and opening and the successful accession to the WTO,China's international trade and foreign relations have become increasingly frequent,and has become the hot spot of the world trade and economic and technical cooperation and investment.Types of cross-cultural negotiations have become increasingly frequent.Different countries and nations are different from their geographical environment,historical background,and religious beliefs,and form a distinctive way of life,national traditions and customs.Cultural differences will not only affect the negotiating parties of the application and interpretation of the behavior of a variety of words and deeds,and will affect the way of thinking of the negotiators and their respective values,and subconsciously bring these concepts to the negotiating desktop,which will result in complicated negotiations.There are many factors that affect the cultural differences,thinking,consciousness,time behavior.The correct understanding of Chinese and Western cultural differences is becoming more and more important.This paper attempts to analyses differences from Western countries in the aspects of the language,values,concept of time to explore its impact on international business negotiations,and aims to transcend cultural limitations and obtains negotiations with foreign countries.
