| 摘 要： | 以廉租住房、公共租赁房和经济适用房为主的多层次保障性住房体系建设,能切实地解决城镇低收入家庭的住房困难,但需要构建一套完备的机制。本文就赣州市保障性住房建设、运营和管理目前存在的普遍问题提出针对性的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The multilevel indemnificatory housing system including low-rent housing,public rental housing and economic applicable room can solve the practical difficulties of the urban low-income family housing,it also needs to build a complete mechanism.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions based on the research of indemnificatory housing construction,operation and management mechanism in Ganzhou city. |
