摘    要:为了实现管道内部情况的检查和监测,根据管道机器人运行环境特点,设计了基于Android平台的管道图像监测系统客户端。系统利用无线WIFI通讯技术、C/S控制系统结构和触摸技术实现了机器人行走轨迹控制、速度和管内亮度控制、管内监测和图像的保存与回放等功能。实验证明该系统可控制机器人的行走轨迹、速度以及管内图像的监测等功能。

Abstract:In order to achieve the inspection and monitoring of the internal pipeline,client image monitoring system is designed based on the Android platform according to the characteristics of the pipeline robot operating environment.The system uses wireless WIFI communication technology,the C/ S control system structure and the touch technology to realize the control of monitoring the walking trajectory of robot,the control of speed and the tube brightness,the monitoring of image in the tube,as well as the save and playback of image.Experimental results show the system has been successful in controlling the robot trajectory,speed and monitoring tube image.
