摘    要:本文以追求公平和共同富裕为考量,对现行的出资者享有企业控制权和剩余索取权的企业制度提出挑战。文章提出作为社会主义市场经济体系之基础的企业制度,其改革创新的方向是建立人本企业制度,即由劳动者以人本为纽带结合起来进行生产经营,从而实现企业内部劳资关系的根本变革,达到提高劳动报酬、恢复劳动快乐本质的目的,同时也激发人本投资,以期提高国民素质和国家竞争力。

Abstract:Based on the pursuit of justice and common prosperity,this paper challenges the enterprise system of current investor shares enterprise control and residual claims,and considers that,as the socialist market economy system of the foundation of the enterprise system,its reform and innovation direction is to establish a humanistic enterprise system,namely by the employee as a link to the combination of humanistic production and operation,so as to realize fundamental change of the internal labor relations of the enterprises,to improve labor remuneration,and to restore the essence of happy labor,at the same time,it will also inspire humanistic investment,and promote to improve national quality and national competitiveness.
