轨压传感器性能测试系统设计

本文对共轨柴油机轨压传感器输出特性性能测试方法进行了研究,提出了一种基于故障诊断仪和喷油压力试验台及线束,测试轨压传感器输出特性的新方法;同时,与国外测试系统进行了性能对比试验。测试和台架试验结果表明,研制的轨压传感器性能测试系统的性能良好,可替代进口产品,实用性强,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Design of Rail Pressure Sensor Performance Test System

The paper studies the output characteristic of the test method of the common rail diesel pressure sensor, and proposes one kind of new method based on the fault diagnosis instrument and injection pressure tester and test harness, rail pressure sensor output characteristics. And then gives a comparison test with foreign test sys- tem performance. Test and bench test results show that, the development of rail pressure sensor performance test- ing system has good performance, as well as strong practicability, and can replace imported products, and is worth spreading and using.
