自动调平平台机构设计及分析

摘    要:针对医用护理床行走过程中随地面坡度而发生倾斜的情况,设计了3自由度机电式自动调平平台。调平平台采用3支撑腿结构,调平时3支腿可自动伸缩调整平台至水平,另有1虚固定杆对平台起到稳定作用,保证了调平后载体的水平和稳定。通过支腿间的运动关系分析,结果表明调平时前后左右方向2组支腿均可以1∶1的速度比同时进行伸缩运动,并提高了调平速度。

Abstract:An electromechanical auto-leveling platform with three degrees of freedom is designed aiming at the situation that medical care bed inclines with the ground slope when walking.Leveling platform uses the structure of three supporting legs,which can be automatically expanded to adjust the platform to level.Another false fixed pole plays a part in the stability of leveling platform,to ensure the level and stability of the loads.By analyzing the kinematic relation of supporting legs,it is concluded that two groups of supporting legs of the front and back sides,the left and right sides,can move at the speed ratio of about 1∶1 at the same time to improve the leveling speed.
