渣油加氢脱硫反应动力学物理模型的建立

摘    要:催化加氢以其轻质油品收率高和产品质量好等优点,成为石油加工行业发展较快的技术之一。石油馏分HDS反应动力学一直受到研究者的广泛关注。提出了以集总方法研究渣油HDS反应动力学的科学合理性。运用集总的方法,根据硫化物HDS反应机理,结合渣油中的硫化物检测分析水平和计算工作量等因素,提出了以渣油四组分中的硫化物分析为基础的HDS动力学模型,不仅可以预测渣油加氢过程中的硫化物转化率,还可预测加氢生成油中的类型硫化物存在情况,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Due to the advantages of high light oil yield and better product quality,catalytic hydrotreating became an important technology of petroleum processing.HDS kinetics has long been paid close attention for researchers at home and abroad.The article summarized the HDS kinetics research works published in the literature,and suggested that the lumping research method is reasonable for residual oil HDS kinetics research.According to the sulfur compounds HDS reaction mechanism, the detection level of sulfur compounds in the residual oil and the amount of calculation work,we proposed the kinetics model of residual oil based on sulfur compounds in group composition.The models can forecast the transforming rate of the sulfur compounds in residual oil and the types of sulfur compounds existed in product oils.The model has fairly good application prospect.
