| 摘 要： | 试验了甲苯胺蓝分光光度法测定果蔬中抗坏血酸含量的方法,该法的线性工作曲线为O.D.=-0.0102C 0.6313,R2=-0.9904,线性范围为2.2～33μg/mL。用于果蔬样品测定并进行加标回收试验,回收率在95%以上。
