粗糙集和层次分析法在配电网规划中的决策研究

针对层次分析法在配电网规划中主观判断矩阵引起的评价结果低准确度的问题,笔者借助粗糙集理论属性间的依赖度,构造出准则层和方案层属性间相对依赖的客观判断矩阵,并以此为基础将客观矩阵和层次分析法中的主观判断矩阵结合,确定了准则层和方案层组合判断矩阵,计算各层组合判断矩阵的权重,得到方案层中的规划方案.算例分析表明,粗糙集和层次分析方法在配电网规划中能够提高决策的准确度,同时它还能为配电网的规划评价提供一种新的手段和途径.

Study on decision of rough set and analytic hierarchy process in distribution network plan

Aiming at the low accuracy of analytic hierarchy process in network plan, the author formulates, according to attribute dependability relative attribute dependability in rule hierarchy and plan hierarchy, on subjective judgment matrix in distribution in rough set, objective judgment matrix of the basis of which combines objective matrix with subjective matrix in analytic hierarchy process, determines the combined judgment matrix of rule hierarchy and plan hierarchy, calculates the weight of combined judgment of hierarchies, and works out the plan in plan hierarchy. The example shows that rough set and analytic hierarchy process can enhance decision accuracy and provide a new approach to planning and evaluating distribution network.
