摘    要:采用天然手性中心多糖类手性反相色谱固定相填料,高氯酸钠水溶液和乙腈为流动相,在不同的流动相比例下拆分多种扁桃酸衍生物,从而得出拆分手性化合物的规律性,与手性碳相连的基团越大,越容易被拆分.

Abstract:Using reversed-phase on chiral-cel OD-R, a polysaccharide-derived loading material chiral stationary phase, sodium perchlorate monohydrate solution and acetonitrile--mobile phase of high performance liquid chromatography separate enantiomorph derivatives of mandelic acid by adjusting different proportion of mobile phase. In this process, the regularity of chiral compounds that chiral center connect with long carbon chains directly can be more easy separated than that of chiral center connect with short carbon chains.
