苯酚丙酮装置扩能技术改造

摘    要:通过装置提量实验,确定了丙酮精制系统为80kt/a苯酚丙酮装置扩能改造的瓶颈.采用流程模拟软件对粗丙酮塔和丙酮精制塔模拟计算,并对丙酮精制塔进行了水力学计算,确定了将丙酮精制塔塔盘更换为复合孔微型阀塔板的改造方案,并对装置内冷却设备、真空泵等其它设备进行了改造.生产结果表明,装置生产能力达到了100kt/a,苯酚、丙酮产品纯度分别为99.97%、99.80%.

Abstract:During the capacity expansion project of the phenol-acetone unit in Yanhua Petroleum Company, the acetone purifying system was determined as the bottleneck from the test results of running the unit with capacity higher than normal operation. Computer simulations of the acetone treating flow and hydraulics calculation of the acetone treating tower were carried out to validate the revamping suggestions. High efficient micro-valve trays with complex pore were proposed to replace the original trays in the acetone treating tower. A two-stage vacuum pump substituted the single-stage pump ; a re-boiler and a cooler in the system were replaced as well. Operation results after the revamping showed that the revamping successfully reached the goal of enlarging the capacity of phenol-acetone unit from 80kt/a to 100kt/a, the purities of phenol and acetone were 99.97% and 99.80%, respectively.
