超音速电弧喷涂Ti-Al涂层耐磨性及工艺研究

摘    要:基于均匀设计试验设计方法,进行了超音速电弧喷涂Ti-A1涂层磨粒磨损试验,在对试验结果进行逐次回归分析的基础上,系统并定量的研究了涂层耐磨性能随着喷涂工艺参数的变化规律,得到了优化后的最佳喷涂工艺参数。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the uniform design principle, an abrasive wear test of Ti-Al coating produced by supersonic arc spraying was conducted, and a stepwise regression analysis was made. The changing rule of coating wear-resistance with spraying parameters was studied systematically and quantitatively. The optimum spraying parameters were obtained finally.
