级联型变频器输出性能与调制度关系的分析

摘    要:幅值调制比是PWM调制技术中一个重要的参数.基于此,分析了级联型多电平变频器调制度与输出性能的关系:它不仅与输出电压的高低密切相关,而且还与输出电平数、输出谐波等有关,调制度区域越小,输出电平数越少,谐波含量也越高,因此其输出性能也越差.最后,通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:The modulation depth is an important parameter in PWM technology.Based on this,the relation between cascaded multilevel inverter output voltage characteristic and modulation depth is analyzed.It is correlative not only to the output voltage value,but also to the number of output voltage and harmonic.The modulation depth is lower,the number of output voltage levels is less and harmonic content is higher.Finally,the experimental and simulative results demonstrate the feasibility of the theory analysis.
