纤维缠绕机实时诊断专家系统的研制

摘    要:本文研制了一个区别于人机交互咨询系统和设计系统的实时诊断专家系统(简称RDES系统)。文中阐述了故障诊断知识的几个来源和该实时诊断专家系统的结构。该系统通过检测元件和控制系统得到推理条件,以故障树技术为其诊断方法,采用正向推理监视系统的性能和用反向推理进行推理诊断,实现了系统的功能。

Abstract:This paper deals with a real-time diagnosis expert system (abbreviatde RDES system)which is different from man-machine consulting system and design system. Sources of knowledge offault diagnosis and the systen's structure are indicated in the paper. The system detects inference con-dition with detecting elements and control system, takes the technique of fault tree to serve as its diag-nosis methodes, monitors the properties of winding machine by using forward chain and adopts goaldriven reasoning to reason, and the functions of the system's are carried out.
