| 摘 要： | 本文在分析供电企业管理信息系统(MIS)特点的基础上，提出了开发供电局输配电管理信息的设计思路，综合考虑了现存各种方案、结构的优缺点，并在此基础上提出更为合理、高效的系统设计方案。在设计过程中，对各模块根据其各自实现的功能进行了合理的划分，使整个系统具有清晰的结构，克服了以往MIS结构混乱的局面，既满足了供电局内部各科室的不同要求、也方便下属各变电所的数据交互，实现了输配电关系的规范化、标准化、科学化和现代化。

| Abstract: | The ar chitecture and characteristics of Manag ement Information System(MIS)for p ower supply company are briefly introduced,then this paper present the basic desig n idea of Electricity Transmission and Distribu-tion MIS for power su pply bureau,and point out a more reasonable desig n method on the basis of c ompre-hensive comparision of those existing projects.So this system has bee n g iven perfect capability and could content with the criterions of standar dization,scientificity and modernization which been requested by modern power supply MIS. |
