车载电子设备二次冷却装置的研究

摘    要:以某车载电子设备二次冷却装置为主要研究对象,讨论了车载电子设备二次冷却装置的主要技术指标,介绍了二次冷却装置的系统构成及工作原理,通过对车载电子设备二次冷却装置的技术研究,结合产品特点对系统进行优化设计,综合利用单片机控制技术、变频技术、高效传热技术等多项先进技术,满足了车载电子设备的多种不同冷却要求.

Abstract:Taking the secondary cooling device of the vehicle-borne electronic equipment as major study target, this paper discussed the central technical factors of the secondary cooling device, and introduced the system configuration and work principles of the secondary cooling device. According to the characters of vehicle-borne electronic equipment, the secondary cooling system was optimized, and several advanced technologies, such as SCM control, frequency conversion, high efficiency heat transfer etc, were integrated to satisfy different cooling requests of vehicle-borne electronic equipment.
