摘    要:对Q235钢屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率的合格率状况进行统计。在此基础上,用板坯的碳含量科学地规划其轧制厚度的方法,从而保证Q235钢性能基本全合格;通过建立数学模型的方法,对Q235钢力学性能进行预报。

Abstract:Statistics has been made on the quality eligibility rate of steel Q235 in terms of yield strength,tensile strength and elongation and thereupon the rolling gauge of the slab is planned scientifically on the basis of its carbon content and in this way the properties of the steel Q235 can be basically ensured.The mechanical properties of steel Q235 are predicted by building up an appropriate math model.
